Glent’s largest project to date, the total area of the building is 18,000m2, incorporating three data centre modules and a front of house. Each module contains two above ground data halls. Furthermore, abasement will house the buildings generators.
Glent have constructed the substantial reinforced concrete basement raft slab at a depth of c.7m below ground and are completing the concrete frame for the entire structure. Glent are also installing all underground services and completing the hard landscaping for the 39,000m2 site.
