The project involved the construction of a three-story, 16.8MW data centre, attached to a four-story front of house, with and in-situ concrete raft slab and a precast concrete frame, along with a three-story in-situ concrete generator building. All associated Groundworks were completed, including significant ground remediation and sheet piling works.
Glent installed all underground drainage pipe and ducting runs, along with precast concrete manholes, chambers, and attenuation tanks.
Furthermore, Glent completed all hard landscaping on the project, including paving, asphalt roads, and fencing.
